A new ski and a completely new type of ski for Faction, the Dancer 79 is their 1st piste carving ski. It's interesting to see brands such as Faction and DPS making carving skis for the piste, skis that benefit from their experience in building completely different skis, with the result that their carving skis combine carving performance with a playful character, skis that perform and are really good entertainment.

The Faction Dancer 79s are designed as pure piste skis with a focus on quick turn initiation and high-speed stability. They have a 79 mm waist width with a short turn radius (about 17 m), making them very agile and responsive for carving on groomed runs. The skis feature a lightweight poplar wood core reinforced with thin layers of Titanal metal, providing a dynamic and firm stability without sacrificing agility. Their camber profile is traditional with minimal rocker, aimed at delivering excellent edge grip and energy in turns. These skis are made for advanced to expert skiers who enjoy high-performance carving and quick, precise turns on hard-packed snow and piste conditions.

Built for a dynamic riding experience on piste, the Dancer 79s have a sharp look with a touch of freeski soul. The dancer 79 turns easily in all snow conditions and is superbly stable at speed.
Excellent fun on piste, these skis can also rip in the crud.

Progressive Flat Tail
Innovative design, which blends the turn stability and speed of a traditional flat tail shape with a generous amount of perfectly calculated tail rocker, engineered to reward pivots and slashes.
