Delivery Costs and Times

Standard shipping takes 3-5 days for most locations, but exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

International Shipping (Outside EU):

  • Carriers: UPS or DHL Express
  • USA delivery times: 1-3 days to East Coast, 2-4 days to West Coast and Rocky Mountains
  • Shipments: Monday through Friday
  • Tracking: Automatic email notification with tracking code
  • Estimate delivery time: visit www.ups.com  or www.dhl.com  (our location: 09110, France)

Express delivery generally takes 2-3 business days for most European cities, but to European capitals only takes 24 hours for orders that are received at TP before noon (French time).

Remote destinations such as the Mediterranean islands (Corsica, Sardinia, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, etc.) may take a little longer.

The best way to verify shipping costs is online: this will allow you to compare various shipping methods, and also how shipping costs vary if you add or remove items from your order.
To do this, please create an account on our site. It's quick and easy, and it will allow you to update the equipment that interests you as you want. We DO NOT share your data with third parties, so they are safe with us. To verify the shipping costs, add the items to the cart and then go to the checkout. (You can of course return to the shopping cart at any time, without obligation to continue with the payment).

Unfortunately due to the war in Ukraine we are not able to deliver to Russia at the moment.

We typically deliver to these countries using UPS Express Saver or DHL.

We dispatch packages Monday through Friday, and you will receive an email notification with the tracking code once your package is on its way.
