Plum S170 + Stopper - Black

A new binding for 2026, the Plum S170 bridges the race / ultralight touring categories and is available with or without ski brakes.

Weighing only 199 g per ski including ski brakes, the S170 features a new stronger yet lighter toe unit with easier step-in. The toe unit does not have a crampon slot, which is available as accessory if required.
The base plate of the heel unit allows 20 mm adjustment for boot sole length, equivalent to 3 mondopoint sizes. As for release settings, the heel unit has non-adjustable lateral release of 8 DIN and the "U" steel springs have a forward/vertical release of 8 DIN.  Plum do not make alternative "U" springs with lower release vales at present.
In walk mode there is a choice of flat mode or +41 mm.
Available in two colours, black or purple, and with or without ski brakes, the S170 is the ultimate ultraight binding, light enough for racing and with just the specs to take you fast and far into the backcountry.
