ATK RT 11 Evo - Black 2027

ATK have updated their lightweight RT bindings for 2027 with added features and a wider range of release, now 3-11 .
The RT11 Evo is ATK's top of the range Effiicient category touring model, combining lightness and performance with ease of use and style. As you'd expect from ATK, the RT11 Evo comes packed with their latest innovations and is designed for use with skis 75-102 mm at the waist and weighing 1000-1500 g per ski. The RT11 Evo weighs only 295 g per ski including ski brakes, has adjustable release with range 3-11 and 20 mm boot length adjustment in the heel unit baseplate.

The RT11 Evo has the Evo toe unit with adjustable release adjustment and improved elatic absorption capacity, to allow you to raise your skiing level.
The toe unit also features ATK's “Easy Entry System” with a long lever that gives excellent step-in performance that is very positive, so knowing that you are correctly in the bindings has never been easier. When it's time to remove the bindings, the front lever design has a depression for easy pole tip placement and rapid boot step-out.

The RT11 Evo has a fully adjustable heel unit with independently adjustable lateral and vertical release with a range of 3-11 and ATK's excellent Cam Release System. This stabilizes the heel pins and provides the torsional stiffness ATK bindings are reknowned for. The special cam profile is pressed against the heel pins by a pre-tensioned spring: during step in, or on the event of a fall the pins are forced to go through the cam profile which provides a precise resistance to pin release depending upon the release value set on the bindings. This mechanism provides the most stable downhill performance on the market with consistent reduction of boot torsion compared to any other tech heel unit design. It also provides the softest heel step in of any bindings.

To absorb shocks and provide reliable release, the RT11 Evo is equipped with the Elastic Response System. The heel unit is mounted on a baseplate that can slide forwards and backwards to absorb ski flex. Unlike some other brands who no longer recommend a gap between the heel unit and boot (since the heel unit will move with ski flex), ATK still recommend adjusting the heel unit to have the 4 mm space. However the principle is the same, allowing the ski to flex without the binding and boot blocking the centre of the ski, reducing pressure on the bindings during ski compression and giving more reliable release performance.

The RT11 Evo feature's ATK's excellent Magneto Heel Flaps: a simple yet ingenious magnetic system makes the heel lifts quick and easy to use. There are three walking positions: flat, +40 mm and +55 mm.
The RT11 Evo comes supplied with ATK's SRA crampon slot in the toe unit baseplate, 20 mm of boot length adjustment in the heel unit and a choice of 4 ski brake widths: 86, 91, 97, and 102 mm.
The Evo brake mechanism is automatically set and by switching from ascent to descent mode, the ski brake is activated without any further action.

Packed with ATK's latest designs and features, the RT11 Evo is a very well designed and precison engineered binding, offering low weight for efficent touring with the ease of use and comfort normally found in much heavier free-rando bindings.

Features: ATK RT11 Evo AT Binding

Release Adjustment Toe Unit:
The new toe unit features adjustable release settings and combined with the heel piece it delivers top class stability.
EES Easy Entry System
Toepiece design gives easy and confident step in action with all tech boots, even when boot soles are worn.

The design of the toe piece prevents the formation of snow or ice accumulation under the toe mechanism, ensuring relieable release and annoying balling up even after numerous uphill / downhill transitions
Elastic Response System
The heel unit moves on a rail to absorb ski flex and provides more reliable release performance at all stages of the turn.
This system safeguards the natural flex of the ski, reducing the pressure on the ski-binding-boot system an providing more reliable release in the event of a fall.
Magneto Heel Flaps
A simple yet ingenious magnet system provides stability to the heel unit and ease of use. Lightweight and comfortable to use.
Cam Release System
This mechanism inside the ATK heel units makes step-in easier and provides superior vertical release in the event of a fall.
