La Sportiva Ultra Raptor II Gtx - Savana/Night Sky

Aesthetic re-edit of the famous Ultra Raptor model, mountain hiking shoe with GORE-TEX Extended Comfort membrane, developed for long-distance off-road routes even in the winter months. The GORE-TEX membrane lining allows sweat to escape but not water to enter, making it ideal for winter running. The rear stabilizing heel allows perfect control on the crossbeams. The lacing system is integrated with the upper by means of loops sewn on the internal elastic fabric and with high-frequency reinforcements on the external mesh: this system allows you to distribute the tension of the lacing over the entire upper and wrap the foot in the best possible way for a perfect wearing comfort. Ultra Raptor II GTX is also available in a wide-fit comfort version dedicated to hikers with wide feet. The result is a technical and light shoe that can be worn for many consecutive hours and is suitable for off-road use on any type of terrain. Raptorize yourself, again.

All Ground:
Versatile soles, ideal for all types of terrain including stone, scree, grass, moss and mud. Ideal for running either in high humidity or on dry ground. Incorporates the Impact Brake System.

Frixion White: 
The La Sportiva FriXion® compound is the result of extensive R&D aimed at creating outsoles with parameters of grip and durability that respond to all types of use and terrain.

Impact Brake System:
The innovative system is applied to the sole to absorb negative ground impact, help traction and improve grip downhill.
Created and developed by the R&D department at La Sportiva, it offers real advantages during racing by reducing negative ground impact. The unique position of the lugs allows as many of them as possible to come into contact with the ground, for maximum impact absorption.

Injected Eva:
Highe degree of cushoning and high elasticity of the fabric. These features assist “push off” during the propulsion phase while running, making these models who use injected midsoles, ideal for use on off-road trails. Furthermore, EVA Injected midsole drastically reduce the “squash” effect of the EVA over time, allowing the product to mantain the same features for its entire duration.

Gore-Tex Extended Comfort:
Shoes engineered with GORE-TEX Extended Comfort product technology are designed for indoor and outdoor use in moderate and warmer conditions or during higher activity levels.
They are durably waterproof combined with optimized breathability, offering enduring weather protection. Water stays on the outside while perspiration can easily escape from the inside.
