Beal Air Force 3

Compatible with all forms of rope, the Air Force 3 enables the leader to be individually belay and lock off for one or two seconds while at the location. The small insert hole allows loosening of the rope even when under tension.
The belay system Air Force 3 is compatible with single ropes of any diameter but is designed especially for use with half and twin ropes.
The V-grooves offer additional erosion to improve rope braking while at the same time belaying and ideal vitality assimilation when getting a pioneer's fall, yet give enough smoothness to pay out leeway without any problem 
The wide, straight depressions offer sans edge running of the rope.
